Leadership Development Ministry focuses on rising up men and women as the core (“the 12”) of the ministry. During three years of training, they will meet regularly for mentoring and Bible lessons. After completing lessons, the ministry will send them out to fulfill the divine mandate - to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make all disciples of all nations for the Kingdom of God as summarized in Mathews 28:19-20.
